Powder room update - white walls will stay for now

We have three rooms with white walls in our house: wardrobe, entry (is it really vestibule in English?) and a small toilet or powder room. It is very hard for me to stand the white walls in our house. White walls equals white paper or canvas in my mind. They need something to cover them selves. Little bit of white is ok, but if I can see a blank spot in the wall, I become restless.

Golden mirror from H&M, Stropp Wall hanger I bought from our geographer trip to Copenhagen in 2016 (bought them to my husband) and my favorite makeup bag from Kui Design (also a present for my husband, which I have apparently taken my own :D).

When we first were deciding the colors, flooring, wall papers and closets, it was all quite overwhelming. We had to choose everything from a catalogue. It was nice on the other hand and terrifying in the other hand. I was glad that it had only some freedom of choice, since to decorate the whole house at once was quite... a challenge. For example I did not have very strong opinnion about utility room or toilets (I put all my effort to kitchen) so they were a bit neglected in the process. We chose black honeycomb tiles and bright blue back splash tiles for the powder room. And in the panic of the moment, just plain white walls. And now I have a problem.

Ever since we moved in, I have been contemplating about the white walls in the toilet. But since it is only 3,5 years I haven't dared to change the color. But every now and then, the powder room gets a makeover. Sometimes I choose to get rid of all the clutter and odd bits and bobs. And then on other times, I collect nice things around me and they give me a sensation of color in the powder room. Now it is time for blue/green/black and gold. Let's see how long I can stand the urge to pick up the paint and brush. If I would do it now, the walls would be dark bluish green.
